    Had a great first time experience here at REI. I forget the name of the woman who helped me pick out a new Osprey bag but she was amazing! Very helpful, very knowledgeable and made absolutely sure I walked out feeling comfortable with my purchase. Also purchased some merino smart wool base layers! I will be back for more gear!
