I went bowling expecting to roll a few strikes, not get denied basic human rights. When I asked for water..the clear, flavorless nectar of life, they acted like I was requesting a margarita during Prohibition. “We don’t give out tap water,” they said, as if they were protecting some kind of sacred spring. Great place if you enjoy dehydration, existential thirst, and paying $4 for bottled water that tastes like regret.

Went in excited to bowl, left this place PARCHED. They refuse to give you a cup of water. Bowling alleys must have the craziest profit margins on the planet and it’s safe to say this place is cutting costs by keeping me dehydrated.

Went on a Saturday night and was immediately greeted by armed guards and a metal detector. Not exactly the welcoming vibe you expect when you’re just out to bowl and have fun, it felt like being treated like a criminal before even stepping inside. Once in, I was shocked to find out that they don’t offer free tap water. No pitchers, no cups, the only option was to buy bottled water. You’re also not allowed to bring in outside drinks (which is understandable), but denying tap water altogether is ridiculous. What’s worse is that I noticed other groups did have pitchers of water, and when I asked, I was told those are “only for parties.” When I brought up my concerns to management halfway through, they refused to offer even a partial refund. Instead, they handed me a voucher to come back another time, which I later discovered was already expired. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unwelcoming. I wouldn't come here even if it was the only bowling alley left.

We had an incredible time at Lucky Strike in Timonium! Everything, from the food to the service, was top-notch, and the atmosphere was just perfect. A huge shoutout to Deon Koon for being so attentive and clearly running a well-managed and happy establishment. He truly knows how to get the job done. The way Deon and his staff continually checked on us and ensured we were having a great time was exceptional. I wish I could give them 100 stars because that’s exactly what they deserve. You made us feel like VIPs, and we will definitely be back. You’ve won lifelong fans!
