  It's a rural casino so I didn't expect much. But it wasn't great. The machines against the wall as you go in on the right we're paying out. Security or a manager saw this and they went in and turned the machines down on their payoff as best I can tell. To me it looks like they wanted to some kind of control room after watching my excitement and then likely turn down the payout on those machines is what I'm guessing. If you win play it very very cool because the manager on floor will probably tamper your machine if they see you winning.

  Poker room is small, about 6 tables if I'm not mistaken, small tournaments, 120-160 buy in , around 20-30 entrance. Great staff , there is drink fountain next to the poker tables as well as restrooms. I wouldn't recommend for cash but for small tournaments I think it's a lot of fun.

  Nice casino layout with horse racing area that has plenty of seating. Bought a Chicken Caesar Wrap which was surprisingly good. No need to buy a soda as the casino provides complimentary fountain drinks. Played Craps at the only Craps table which was empty (half of the table was closed) on a Thursday (04/16) afternoon which is why it was a low ($10) minimum. I was the only player/shooter for about 30 minutes. The (Asian) dealer and stickman were friendly BUT they often spoke to one another in a foreign language which I thought was rather rude. Casino Mgmt should advise employees against this behavior.

  Well I have to say after Years of coming here to play tonight this will be our last. We have spent many times here and never once been asked for our ID EXCEPT when we registered for our player card. We have played in casinos every where and dont show Id to enter Las Vegas Atlantic City .even York Hollywood Casino. Then comes this evening after we enjoyed a nice dinner with a friend my husband drove us up to your casino only for me to turned away because I didnt bring am ID ..I never do , I don't carry a purse in there or with me because of having to keep watch on it. I did have a picture of my DLicense oh my phone which you have on file to confirm me identity But no that wasnt good enough. Mind you I am 62 yo btw How insulting to stand there and be told in front of younger couples I must leave . I am infuriated disgusted and pissed And like others said you dont even need a damn license to vote ! Good job Perryville You couldn't pay me to come back into your casino let alone accept this response as an apology ..what happened was dead wrong and to use the wording " no matter how mature" the insults just keep coming you guys are hilarious sure hope its not your marketing co answering these for you.

  I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother, who does not have a Google account, regarding her recent experience. Our family are regulars at this casino—we visit often, know many employees by name, and are usually greeted warmly. That’s why this situation was especially upsetting. My mother had over $500 in a machine and was in the middle of a bonus streak when a staff member named Tom approached her and told her she needed to get off the machine immediately. As she tried to cash out, he began pressing buttons on the machine himself, which only added to the confusion. She then realized she was stuck in bonus mode and physically could not exit, so she was forced to play through it under pressure. She described Tom as very fast-talking, short, and aggressive in his approach. When she asked if the machine wasn’t supposed to be played, he simply said he needed to do a “coin check” without clearly explaining what that meant. The way he handled the situation made her feel like she had done something wrong. She was extremely shaken, chest pounding, making her feel sick. She just wanted to get out of the situation. Because she felt rushed and nervous, she had to play through the bonuses quickly instead of letting them land naturally, which likely caused her to lose out on money she otherwise could have won. Which of course is never guaranteed. But you come to have a good time, not to feel stress. We understand that procedures may need to be followed, but the way this was handled showed a complete lack of communication and customer care. For a place we frequent so often, this was very disappointing.
