  Perryville is trying to become MD's first smoking casino. Half of it smells like smoke. Was there on the 3rd, I counted 30 machines and 2 TRUs not working and we were there for 3 hours and they were never fixed. Food wasn't bad though.

  It is a very friendly atmosphere. I enjoy playing there. The makeover is very nice and bright. The restrooms are always clean, my host Justin Mallow always comes and says hello. Just a very fun and safe place. Love it!

  This is the worst place to eat. Food is terrible. This was supposed to be crab dip in a bread bowl. The bread was burnt so bad we could not even eat the crab dip because of the smell.

  I had been an elite player that took me alot of money and time to get. During the last year I have been unable to play like normal and the casino was going theu alot of change. They have since put in in preferred which is BS. This casino has taken all of my points and put me back to square one. When I called about it they said that is because we are now penn play. Bs again you have been penn play for along while now that did not just start. Hollywood you should be ashamed to treat the people that have been dedicated to coming there and playing the money they do and you have no obligation to us. We are the ones who patronize your business faithfully. What do you do for us ? NOTHING

  If you achieve Elite status don’t waste your time getting another 50k point to get your companion a card, there are no additional benefits….very deceiving to say the least!! Let your companion achieve elite status by themselves that’s the only way it’s beneficial. We spent alot of time and money to get to 100k points and it did NOTHING! We would have spent less money and time getting my wife to elite status in stead of chasing the false companion status, extremely disappointed, we stopped going to Rivers, Ballys and Delaware park chasing the companion status!!!!!!! Looks like it’s time to reevaluate………..if management would like to contact me to make this right please do. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but when your tier benefits are this deceiving transparency will be put on notice. MAKE IT RIGHT!! I changed this review from a 1 star to a 4 star since you acknowledged it, please contact me.
