  I visited this casino for the first time in years I’m pretty frequent at horseshoe so the volume and amount of tables open wasn’t comparable at the slightest.. had some discrepancies with the dealer taking my bet before dealing(wasn’t on the light) then during that time i asked the manager Jeffery if he could see the footage and looking to get my bet back.. from 2-6am no response from the security team.. the. Jeffery got an attitude when i simply just asked him to confirm the time and reason of the request of reviewing footage.. then even got more disrespectful by saying if in was an card holder they’d look in 2 seconds but since i was regular and not and valued guest that there’s no time frame on checking that footage for me and that I needed to just call back the following day. It’s only $5 but if that happened to me it could be happening to more people and hate to be taken advantage of and being disrespected by someone in management! Moving foward it’s now 3 days later haven’t heard anything i reached out again.. to only get the same response of taking my name and phone number and to wait to someone reaches out… unsatisfied will pick up my money if applicable and not bet again in this casino! Terrible time.. but the second dealer i had great! Very personable and made the experience actually fun!

  They treat you like a baby here when it comes to drinks. And then You have to feel like a junkie when you go back to the bar to get a drink and they say youre almost there be ause they make you wait an hour. Just bring me my drink and go away

  This is single handily the best casino I’ve ever been to it’s so clean they have self serve drinks all the staff are extremely nice the have a little robot that brings drinks of water around all the machines are well kept an clean this was all around a great casino I would highly recommend!

  Worst casino in Maryland. Only winners in this place are betting .50 cents. Never win in this place. If you like betting big go somewhere else. Would not recommend unless you want to be here for 10-15 mins
