Let me just say that I truly believe they are prejudice at this REI and I experienced the same treatment at the Columbia location. People of color please be aware that the energy is off at this store. Kerem and another bald, short, heavy set man treated me like absolute garbage here today. My husband and I are members of REI and were so disappointed. I was picking up a bike and was met with condescending, dismissive attitudes. So sad how rude people can be for no reason other than your appearance.
