  No one asked for a review, but I had to acknowledge what a great company and owner, John is. You cannot go wrong with buying an electric bike at this Pedego office. John knows more about e-bikes than anyone, and he will not steer you wrong. We also checked out another competitor, and they raved about John too! Even if you don’t buy a bike, you can be assured you got the straight scoop from him. 5+ stars!

  I recently bought a Pedego Boomerang e-bike from John, can't wait to pick it up. This review is more about the customer service experience while deciding what bike was best for me, I went to multiple bike shops. In a couple of them I was ignored! In a world where everyone wants a tip for doing nothing John spent literally hours with me to make sure I understood the differences and fitting me with the best bike. I can't remember when I have received service at this level. Everyone associated with this bike shop is amazing. I wish all my buying experiences were this good! Thank you for making the shopping experience fun and wow did I learn a lot about e-bikes. You all are appreciated!

  John at Pedego B-more County is simply the best! I stopped in unannounced because of a slight lag I was feeling with the pedal assist on my Platinum Interceptor. John helped get the bike off my truck and took it for a ride to better understand the problem. In under an hour he pulled it apart, adjusted something near my pedals (reminded me of open heart surgery for my bike), put it back together, test rode it again, and had me out and on my way! I'm so thankful for his generosity and outrageous customer service. Seriously, this shop is the best!

  Wife and I had two hours tour. First time on e-bikes, Incredible? Really enjoyed experience. John is great guide and very knowledge about the bikes and tour guide. Bikes easy to learn after 10-15 minutes. Pedal asset makes uphill effortless and its automatic. The is especially helpful for seniors. I got so carried away I cycled extra mile without knowing no one was behind me! John finally caught up to me to rejoin tour. Highly recommend.
