  We had a kids 9th birthday party here and it was wonderful! Every staff member was super friendly and helpful, from the manager to the food staff to the woman who gave the kids their shoes. They all teamed up to make the party so special, and we are very grateful.

  I used to bowl at the Hyattsville location ALOT because it seemed like the atmosphere was for our community. I remember coming here as a child and then bringing my students here on field trips. Now EVERY SINGLE TIME that I call to see availability for ONE LANE a lady tells me they don't have any lanes available because EVERY night is league night. Which is crazy because you have weekday specials that start after 7pm. They don't honor that at this location, at least over the phone they won't. The lady must have memorized my voice because after calling on a daily basis, hoping to get another representative, she would say "we still don't have any available when I called" and then she ultimately told me it was only leagues on the weekdays. I got tired of the run around so we just went across the bridge to Virginia and they have lanes on both sides of the alley...Never seen that before, and the people are just different. No attitude and excellent customer service. Bow America Shirley if anyone is interested.

  They offered an unlimited bowling on Presidents’ Day. Nothing in the offer specified a time limit or limited number of games. Then they shut us off mid game. I talked to the manager and she said there’s no way you can bowl that long for what you paid. She was quite hostile. It was clear to me that they got more people than they expected so they decided not to honor the deal. We only played 2.5 games, it’s not like we were there for several hours. The manager is unethical.

  Had a great first time experience. I love to bowl. I didn't get any food as I usually come to places fed already. They had a deal on the games. Wasn't bad for 3 games.

  Been bowling at the this house. Since my 20s it has changed a lot. I still bowl there. I wish it was open more days during the weekdays, because I have joined a league this year. Im just coming back to bowling, and I can never practice because of the hours. Also I just wish that the staff was little more customer service friendly and knowledgeable about lane availability, and the benefits from joining a league at this center. I don't know just different..
