  Kyra was a 12/10! She was very friendly and attentive! Her hairstyle was an amazing conversation starter for me before I even knew she was to help me tonight! So that was a plus. Great food and good vibes!

  I had such a great experience at Lucky Strike thanks to Kyra! From the moment we got there, she was super friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything ran smoothly for us. She stayed attentive the whole time, checked in often, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. What really stood out was her positive attitude and energy—it honestly made the whole experience even more fun. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. If you’re heading to Lucky Strike, I definitely recommend asking for Kyra. She made our visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be back because of her!

  We hosted our daughter’s 6th birthday here, and everyone involved was amazing. From our event coordinator, Jada, to our waiter, Marcus, the service was exceptional from start to finish. They made sure every detail was taken care of—and then went above and beyond. Jada was one of the most professional, attentive, and responsive coordinators I’ve ever worked with, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. Marcus was equally fantastic—he helped with setup, stayed attentive throughout the event, and even checked in with us after cleanup to make sure everything was perfect. I would absolutely recommend this place for parties and special events!

  Unfortunately, our visit to Lucky Strike in Gaithersburg was a big disappointment. We were really looking forward to a fun night out, but the experience fell short almost immediately. When we received our drinks, we were abruptly and rudely approached by an employee—possibly a manager—named Silvia. She wasn’t wearing any Lucky Strike uniform or a name tag, so at first I didn’t even know who I was speaking to. She took one of our drinks back because we only had a photo of an ID. While I understand policies need to be followed, it was the way she handled the situation that was frustrating. We are both clearly of age, yet she treated us like we were underage kids trying to sneak alcohol, which felt unnecessary and disrespectful. On top of that, the bowling experience itself was underwhelming. The lanes and technology felt outdated. My girlfriend wanted bumpers while I didn’t, and the screen gave us the option to set that up individually—like most modern bowling alleys allow. However, that feature didn’t actually work. When I asked about it, I was told that bumpers have to be either on for everyone or off for everyone, which defeats the purpose of offering the option in the first place. Overall, between the poor customer service and the lackluster facilities, this was not the enjoyable experience we had hoped for.
