    We had my son’s birthday party there and it was AMAZING. Our servers were wonderful and went above and beyond to make us happy and comfortable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND having birthday parties here. Not 5 stars, but 100 stars. Thank you Lucky Strike!!!

    My son orders food and they deliver the totally wrong thing. Waitress goes so sorry no charge and we will rush what you actually ordered. Replacement food takes forever to show up and the waitress goes on sorry we can't credit you the original order we can only give 20 percent off. So in summary expect to get punished for the establishments mistakes. In fact why not just get all orders wrong to run up the bill? This place should not be supported.

    I had such a lovely experience yesterday with my son at lucky strike! First of all, Rob’s customer service skills are impeccable! He was SO patient with me, and maintained professionalism and genuine kindness when I was quite frankly, a very annoying customer with SO many questions haha. I don’t even usually write reviews but wanted to give Rob a shoutout for such a lovely experience! The whole atmosphere was fun and also tidy and clean! Our server checked on us several times even though we ended up not ordering any food, to continue the annoying customer trend, oops haha. Santa (& Mrs. Claus) were there which is the reason we came, and let me tell you, this Santa was LEGIT. Like theatrical quality Santa suit. And, we got to take our own pictures for free! Lastly, my son’s favorite part was the arcade! It was very clean, and on the smaller side, so not overwhelming / sensory overload like some we’ve been to. We did the $30 package which is the greatest value for credits. My son had a BLAST and honestly, he left with some really cool stuff from his ticket winnings, so the 30 dollars spent on credits was a really great value! He left with a stuffed animal from the claw machine, two Photo Booth strips, 2 high quality axolotl toys, a large sticky crawler, and a bunch of tiny toys you’d see in the dollar machine. Honestly I think I’ll plan his next birthday party here based on our experience! (Side note, there was a private party going on and the large food trays looked delicious and very well catered/ tidy!) Finally, shoutout to Santa for letting me overhear (wink, wink) that my son wants a lava lamp for Christmas, because this child REFUSED to tell me LOL. Also Mrs Claus told him a cute and funny story about a reindeer and elf mishap and my son was so intrigued. We’ll definitely be back! (Maybe tonight because my son is harassing me about the arcade haha). Thanks again to Rob, Santa, and the rest of the kind and attentive staff! And merry Christmas! :)
