  Had a good time. Not as expensive as the Woodlawn one, which is also Bowlero, but more recently updated on the inside. As long as everything works, I don't care that much about how it looks. With buy two get one half off, it cost me $72 for 3 people (parent+2 kids) 3 rounds. I was ok with that pricing.

  I showed up today, a Sunday around 2 p.m., which is within the open bowling hours according to a schedule I got from the Bowlero Normandy front desk 2-3 weeks ago. When I arrived, there was what looked like a league starting up, and the front desk said no lanes were available until 6:30. No information about this was posted to their website or Facebook page. How am I supposed to bowl somewhere that can't even give me an accurate schedule of availability?

  We were told there was a 40min-1 hour wait and we would be notified when it was our turn. Over 3 hours. There was tons of lanes open most of the time. I’ll never be back

  We were disappointed with the final invoice for our Rockstar Package, as it does not reflect our overall experience at the event on December 29th at Bowlero Normandy Although we completed a final guest count on the day of the event, we did not receive the promised call three days prior, as referenced in earlier communication. Had we received that call, we would have been able to provide advance notice that our party increased by approximately 10 more guests. The updated receipt reflects two lanes for 20 people. However, during our phone conversation, we were advised that the building could accommodate additional guests and that more lanes would be provided if needed. On the day of the event, we experienced several issues: We waited approximately 30 minutes PAST our 11:30am start time for our two lanes to become available due to two other events taking place at the same time, with most lanes already occupied. Our tables were not set up, and we had to ask other parties for unused tables. There were no chairs available initially. Food and drinks were not ready and took a significant amount of time. One of our lanes broke down during the event. The space was extremely crowded and chaotic due to understaffing and being triple booked on the day. We have reached out to the Director of Sales, Kelly Miles, and Guest Services with promises of resolution but no response. We have called and emailed them multiple times. Beware of this location and the company.
