Functioning lanes are not quickly turned over and can be left unused for 30 minutes while people on the wait list are waiting for over an hour. After asking, the lanes were kept free for reservations that should have arrived 15-20 minutes earlier. Staff refuse to give any estimation on wait times because "that's not our policy". We left after an hour with a screaming three year old without getting to bowl. We won't be coming back.

My kids were so disappointed and all the lady at the front desk said to me was that the water bottle in my hand, I wasn't allowed to bring in. I got so pissed off I took a drink right in front of her. Her attitude was ridiculous especially seeing that I had two little ones with me. She had no sympathy whatsoever. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Things were fine for the first two rounds before we realized the ball return system was busted. Two techs came out to unclog the ball return system channel. It still wouldn't return them. So, the management moved us to another two lanes and transferred our scores as well. Then those lanes broke too! The pin resetting system just stopped mid operation. When asked for a refund, they offered a voucher or credits? For what? To return to a broken a bowling alley to just repeat the experience? The arcade was decent enough (that's the one star). But the actual bowling remained broken for the remainder of our visit with family in town for the holidays.

I been here before and never experienced this. Just ask the price because they will take your money with out letting you know how the price work.

I came in for a laid-back holiday gathering with my employees and the entire team at Lucky Strike went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience! Right from our arrival the team was super friendly and welcoming, the service was phenomenal (thanks to our server Corey + the bartenders— drinks were amazing!) and we had a great time. Do yourself a favor and get the Southern Charm, it was a hit among our group, and we loved the new Ultimate Sampler, it was the perfect size for our party! Even the manager, Charisma, was so nice and checked in on us. At the end of the night, we decided we will definitely return more frequently because we had so much fun! We ended the night at the Photo Booth to take home some memories of our awesome night. Thanks everyone! Happy holidays!
