The servers were great but they put us on a faulty lane, and we had to ask them to fix it more than 2 times, but they didnt move us to another lane. The manager that night was also very rude and when we told him about the lane having problems, his responses were "what do you want me to do about it" and "thats one of our best lanes" as though we were lying. We never asked for refunds or anything along those lines, but that manager needs to do better customer service wise. The servers were otherwise fantastic.

Our server was cheerful and very kind. The food and drinks were always refilled quickly and the kids had a wonderful time. We'll be back!

What makes this worse is that my friend went back yesterday and had the same server try to tack on an extra pitcher of beer he did not order. Said he corrected her and she was super passive agressive. I have called the location around eight times, left a voicemail, and sent an email with no response. Since no one has bothered to follow up, I will be stopping by in person later today to get this resolved. Update: week long back and forth with their customer service and accounting team. Finally refunded. Total nightmare to get it sorted.
