When I enquired why she needed me to share all my details to answer basic questions such as what the package includes etc, she aggressively pretended I was talking over her and then asked me what questions I have... Without giving me reasonable time to respond and ask any question, she then went on to say that she did not know if I was still on the phone and proceeded to disconnect the call . I had to give one star to post the review but this experience did not merit any star at all.
