  This is how you win a customer for life.... I’ll be honest.. I had an experience here a few days ago that almost turned me off the shop entirely. But after speaking with the GM, Gerard, I’m glad I gave them a second chance. Gerard is a total pro, he didn't just apologize he took ownership and made it his mission to turn my experience around. He paired me up with Kevin, their Master Fitter, and the session was a game-changer. Kevin is a literal wizard. In a short amount of time, he diagnosed some inconsistencies with my swing and helped me find immediate gains in speed and distance. I hit the ball better than I ever have before and it felt amazing. What stood out most though, was the energy. Too often in the golf world, if you aren't a scratch golfer, you get "gatekept" or treated like you don’t belong. Kevin and Gerard did the opposite. They treated me with respect, shared their expertise without ego, and made me feel valued and like a priority. For any beginner or amateur golfer worried about being "pre-judged" don’t be. Go see Gerard and Kevin. They understand that the future of the game depends on how you treat people today. I walked out feeling more excited about golf than I have in a long time and I cannot wait to get on the course with my buddies and test out my new Callaway AI Smoke set.

  Got fitted there and had a very bad fitter. Ended up calling the back the next day to complain and talked to the manager Ezra. He apologized and offered for me to come in and personally fit me himself, he and Garret were awesome going indepth with the different shafts and what they were looking for in my swing unlike the first guy, couldnt reccomend them more.

  Great team at the Empress store in Winnipeg! Worked with Nathan, Brendan and Grant for driver, fairway wood and hybrid. Exceptional knowledge on products and fantastic fitting experience! Will definitely recommend this store and team to family and friends. Well done!
