- EEEmm4 days ago5.0My partner and I came in two sundays ago and , Nick Store Manager (I believe that was his name, guy with tattoos) was very helpful, and kind with helping my partner purchase a driver.
- CSCory SApr 1, 20261.0Ellice location specific. Never been so disappointed. Went in with son to buy his first set of adult clubs and myself a zero torque putter. Not one staff said hello. Not one staff offered assistance. There were only two other customers in the store and staff walked past multiple times. Looks like another retailer is going to get my couple grand. Edit: tried to leave more information. Looks like GolfTown is not really interested. Made purchases at golf course pro shop. They were happy to take my money. Putter was actually cheaper there also.

- DOD OSep 30, 20232.0Usually I have a good experience at golf towns but the Empress location was a tough one to be at. Staffing seemed disinterested and didn't care to help me find alternatives to a driver that I wanted to try and purchase. The kenaston location has better selection and their staffing seems to be more consistent.
