I was right away greeted by the front staff and then spoke with a older gentleman who helped me get the irons / driver that I wanted to try out. He was very professional and noticed that standard clubs are a bit to short for me and let me try out some longer ones in the exact ones that I was looking at. He helped me with other aspects of a fitting and went over some shots that I made on the simulator. As someone who is just getting into golf I couldn't have been happier with the service I received here.

- KSKelley ShusterSep 10, 20255.0Last night, my husband, myself and our two young kids stopped by the Golf Town on McGillivray so I could look at getting a new set of clubs. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman, Warren. He welcomed us and asked if we needed assistance. He also greeted our kids and asked my oldest how school was going. We talked through some options and he set me up to try out a few clubs. While I was focused hitting the clubs, he took the time talk with our two kids and even got them a putter to try out (our 6 year old loves golfing). I am always hesitant to take the kids into stores specially when making a big purchase but we had the BEST experience! I went home with an awesome new set of clubs and I can't wait to use them. Thank you Warren, for the great customer service!
- RAron aAug 22, 20255.0I went in there about a week ago with my husband looking for a new set of golf clubs. By all means I am not a professional golfer, but not quite a beginner. A young fellow tried to help me find a new set. I wish I got his name because his customer service was amazing! He actually refused to sell me a set of clubs because I was "in my head". Thank you! That there is great customer service. He told me to come back another time when I was in a better head space. He did show me a couple different sets of clubs, but nothing was working out. I did show him my freaky Callaway golf clubs from 20 years ago and he kind of got a chuckle out of them. He was surprised that I even had the receipt for them. Lol Anyways needless to say, I took his advice and left empty handed. The next day I took his suggestions to heart and had a great 27 rounds of golf in the rain! I hope the next time that I come back to the store that he is working, so I can better focus on getting a new set of clubs.
