  Grant and the team at GolfTown are outstanding. If you go in with an open mind and let them work with your game, you’ll walk out with an exceptional set of gear to elevate your performance on the course. Grant, Nathan, Jake, Keenan, Brendan, and everyone else there are dynamite. I highly recommend booking a fitting appointment and allowing yourself time — the best experience and gear come from patience and collaboration (even if that means waiting 2–6 weeks for custom products). GolfTown feels like a box store with a local, personal touch. I’ll honestly buy my clubs there every day over from my local pro shop, simply because of what Nathan, Grant, and their team have built.

  I agree with the reviews about the staff being ruder at this location and less likely to let people test clubs. Kenaston location is by far friendlier then this one

  Went to Golftown to have my spikes replaced on my Adidas Boost Golf Shoes. Young kid in Shoe Department looked at my shoes- went to the back- returned with a wrench and said "You're welcome to use this to remove your own spikes" and walked away. I was shocked at the great quality of service provided. I then said that I would speak with Ben- Assistant Store Manager who provided me with these shoes a few years ago as a replacement pair for a defective pair of Adizero Golf Shoes which I had before. Anyways Ben was preoccupied at that time talking with a couple of his friends so I walked out of the store. I have not returned ever since and don't think I ever will. Tired of poor customer service. Tired of poor quality Adidas golf shoes. I have a pair of Adidas Tour 360 golf shoes that I spent $350 on 10 years ago and the sole plate on the bottom of the shoe is falling off of the shoe. Bad Service. Poor quality.

  Got new grips done here. Very fast and very well done, John was extremely helpful and friendly in regards to me returning an item. Staff at the front was very nice as well. Store has anything and everything you need for golf. I always look forward to coming here.
