They took the time to explain each product and what the pros/cons were. They never tried to sell me the most expensive item. I am thrilled with my purchases and the level of service I received. The first time I went in the shop it got busy, but they made sure each customer got their questions answered and help finding products without ignoring anyone. Ill be going back to buy skis in the Spring. I highly recommend stopping here for your ski and snowboard needs.
