  The new lighting is bright white… it triggers a migraine. Please make the lights warm. The old lighting was great. And if a migraine isn’t triggered then you just feel like you are in a department store. The upgrade should make the gym better not worse. We are so disappointed.

  Filthy. Downstairs needs to be cleaned. Toes nails over the mats, hair, etc

  I visit regularly for TR and lead. Huge climbing gym with tons of interestingly set routes. Lots of variety -- awesome route setters. New routes almost every week and generally never see anything older than 6 months.

  We climb all over the country and this is one of my top 3 gyms for spectacular lead climb setting. Grading was similar to outdoors, clipping stances were great. I'm 5'4" with a negative ape and I was able to reach most of the holds. The setting was phenomenal. The difficulty was because of the moves, not by just spacing the holds apart. The movement was interesting and challenging. Nice job you all, really impressed. Please teach the other Central Rock gyms your secrets!
