  I went to the Watertown location to see my son climb. I assume they're all run the same way. After driving 30min I had to give them an absurd amount of personal information to get in! Name, address, phone number, email, age, drivers license, etc. just to watch my son, who's also my emergency contact. I immediately said "You're not going to start sending me junk mail or sell my information right?" The guy at the desk assured me they wouldn't & made up some b.s. excuse for why they needed All Of My Demographics. I'm in my 60s and have my own exercise routines. I have no desire to learn to climb. So they would have no reason to contact me - ever. Sure enough they started sending me "special offers" and Junk Mail within a month of being there. They lied straight to my face on my very 1st and Last interaction with them. God knows what else they're doing with my information... I would never recommend them to anyone! I'd cancel my son's membership if I could. I don't like sleazy business practices and I don't like being lied to!!!

  Decent facilities but way too many children running around at any given time. Especially Monday afternoons. For the price this gym costs I would like it to feel more professional. The amount of daycares and children camps needs to be dialed back, or at least not have them after 4pm when most adults come to climb after work

  The new lighting is bright white… it triggers a migraine. Please make the lights warm. The old lighting was great. And if a migraine isn’t triggered then you just feel like you are in a department store. The upgrade should make the gym better not worse. We are so disappointed.

  Filthy. Downstairs needs to be cleaned. Toes nails over the mats, hair, etc
