  I just bought a Giant road bike from Munroe Velo and the guys were great--answered all my questions, walked me through some options, and were super attentive to the adjustments I needed after my first ride. They epitomize the kind of friendly, knowledgable service you can only get from a neighborhood shop. I would 100% buy from them again.

  Very nice customer service and awesome selection. Place in Danvers was very rude and didn’t want to help me with a simple spoke. Owner went above and beyond to help me.

  This place is awesome! Super knowledgeable, honest, and friendly people. They’ve got a great selection of bikes and gear for every kind of rider. It’s a great place for anyone into biking!

  Was biking in the area and got a flat that I couldn’t get to seal up. Sat outside the shop expecting to be there for two hours before it opened. Owner happened to come in early and had me back on the road in 20 min. Really good guy and would definitely buy and support his shop.
