- AWA. Williams3 days ago1.0Impossible to cancel a trial or membership and having people on their team call me and cursing at me, then hanging up the phone. Bad business. I told every one on my team about this and they were shocked. to NEVER doing business with these people again! At this point it’s a court case for harassment and threats. The ladies at Assembly were great it’s unfortunate that whoever does billing is a MONSTER! Well I’m a bigger one so speak to my attorney!

During the one class I attended, I felt unsure of myself to the point where I was afraid of injury, specifically during the weights portion. A friendly classmate came up to me several times to help correct my form which she let me know would lead me to hurt myself….the instructor said nothing as she paused her own workout to come over and help me. Totally inappropriate IMO. I had no interest in continuing to take classes since I couldn’t trust that I wouldn’t hurt myself doing unfamiliar exercises. However, the music and flashing lights were fantastic and the atmosphere was incredibly hyped - like we were working out at the club. I would have likely returned for more if the instructor bothered to help people individually instead of just acting like a DJ.
- AAAMJun 25, 20255.010/10. I didn’t know what to expect coming here and was I impressed. You will need an extra shirt because no one leaves without breaking a sweat. Staff and trainers and friendly and all classes are challenging. Music is hit or miss and for me can throw off work out but still recommend if your looking for a good work out
- BLBrandon LiceaJan 6, 20245.0This place provides the perfect balance between HIIT and learn as you go boxing! The workouts are super intense but able to be completed by anyone! The feeling of community during your workouts is unmatched. Love it here!
