  Absolutely amazing shop, it was my first time buying a snowboard and they were super knowledgeable, and helpful. They guided me through all the steps, recommended various options for things that I needed and explained why they were different / better most of the things I didn't understand but it was still super cool to start to learn.

  I had a terrible experience at this store. I went in to buy new bindings and was told by the staff member in charge to wait for assistance. I waited for about 20 minutes while they walked past me multiple times and clearly ignored me. Eventually, I gave up and left. I will never return and would not recommend this store to anyone.

  Just got a custom boot fit with Chip. Extremely knowledgeable! I have some neuropathy in my feet and I thought I had to give up the sport. I been skiing for over 55 years and I never had a custom boot fit. I should have visited Chip decades ago. He is at the top of the food chain when it comes to the skiing industry. He sold me a Rossignol ski boot that worked for my feet. Looking forward to trying them out on the slopes. He gave me a long term plan to make these boots work for the long haul.
