Old Colony Habitat for Humanity has been fortunate to partner with Plainridge Park Casino, not only during our Franklin build, but also for other projects and events. Their generous contributions have made tremendous impact on our projects. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with. We couldn't be more appreciative. Thank you for being part of our Habitat family, Plainridge Park Casino!

Has to be the worse casino i have ever been to by far and it has nothing to do with the lose money every time either. It has to do with whom ever is running the place and the employees could careless about providing a decent experience. If you go outside to smoke yes they have a heater but wait u cant use it because staff took the nob to the heater so its impossible to turn on so even know there is heat outside u can not use it only staff can when they go out. Also they never have cups by the soda machine after the drink girl gets off. I was told by another guest they are suppose to put out cups at 3 or 4am it was 6am and still no cups. So I asked for them got an attitude then handed 4 cups to put over there which were gone between my group and one other so clearly they didn't want to supple drinks or have us stay they make it feel very unwelcoming

Always super clean. Great games. Nicest casino in the Northeast.

Plainridge Park Casino tries to pass itself off as a convenient, local gaming spot, but in reality it feels more like the bargain-bin version of what a casino experience should be. This is easily one of the weakest options in the area—small, uninspired, and lacking any real energy or appeal. The biggest disappointment is the gaming floor. It’s entirely digital, which strips away any sense of excitement or authenticity you expect from a casino. No real tables, no atmosphere—just rows of machines that feel repetitive and lifeless. It gets old fast. The overall environment doesn’t help either. The place feels worn down and a bit rough around the edges, with a crowd that doesn’t exactly elevate the experience. Even some of the staff interactions felt questionable, which only adds to the lack of polish. Add in underwhelming live music, and there’s just not much here to justify sticking around. While it’s technically non-smoking, the smell lingers in a way that makes you question how well that’s enforced. It’s far from the clean, fresh environment you’d expect. Yes, the limits are lower, but that’s about the only positive—and it doesn’t make up for everything else. With far better, more complete casino options nearby, this one simply doesn’t measure up. Bottom line: convenient location, but not worth your time. Skip it.

I like that this place is close by and it's not bad but it's all electronic games and slots. It does have the best virtual blackjack I have seen anywhere. However I've never had any significant wins here and something about the atmosphere makes me want to spend my last dollar here so I usually leave broke. You have set small limits here and if at any point you're up anything at all you have to leave 😂.
