This is my "go to" store for our family of competitive skiiers and tennis players in the Boston area. Staff is savvy, smart and warm. I just recently visited for a ski pole issue and Ben was highly knowledgeable and helpful trouble shooting. Great spot!

They are friendly, super-knowledgable and you can tell they tailor their help and conversation to the experience level of the customers. I saw/heard one self-professed beginner being helped with everything, sounding so thankful.
I did the ski simulatror and it was awesome. I've been skiing since i was 4, and this is an amazing feature. It works you as hard as you're willing to work or as easy as you want to go. Perfect to help the ski legs, and a great way to try out different boots. I'd like to do it more just as a great dryland workout!
P.S: They have a staff dialed in on tennis and pickleball as well. They string racquets and for pickle they have a great demo program I'm going to do this weekend!

I bought a pair of Nordica Speedmachines in 2025 and worked with Shaun for a custom boot fitting. He listened to me and gave me a great fit, and I went back for one refit for a stretch in the boot shell forefoot. They ski great!

Bought boots here when I was in college and spent a lot of money on them. Probably close to $900 and that was 8 years ago. They guaranteed the fit which sounded great, but that really just involved them trying to shape the plastic. from day one, they squeezed my feet and cut off circulation. It was just a bad fit from the start and then trying to blow the plastic out made it worse. I muscled through with completely numb and sore feet, usually unable to walk at the end of the day, but this is my last season suffering. Will never purchase from this store again. Highly recommend you go to a professional boot fitting shop. Not one that sends their boot fitters to a weekend seminar and then cites they are experts.

My husband and I went in excited to buy our first pair of skis, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. As beginners, we were hoping someone could guide us, explain the options, or recommend skis that would work best for us. Instead, we were simply told that the skis were on sale and pointed in the direction where they were located.
We tried asking questions, but didn’t receive much assistance. Good friends had recommended this shop, so we had high expectations and were really looking forward to the experience. Sadly, the lack of attention made it a very disappointing visit.
