  The employees are very friendly, the prices are decent and everything was available to rent when we went. However, never have been on a moped and I don’t think I’d ever do it again. Already having issues with my tailbone and back - the day out on this did not do me any good. The seat wasn’t very comfortable (to no fault of the shop) and they max out at I believe 25 mph when half the speed limit on the island is 35 mph. People pass by with much ignorance to whoever is on the moped.

  Perfect location for those getting off of the ferry and they have a great selection of bikes. The staff was courteous and accommodating and made sure we were properly fitted to our bikes and reviewed safety information with us. Joe even recommended some great trails and told us about the "must see" parts of the island. Plus, they're great with kids !! Highly recommended!

  When I first approached the store, I was greeted by three men standing across the entrance, wordlessly staring out into the street. It was kind of intimidating, honestly, though when I said I was looking for a bike one of them was happy to bring me inside and talk to me about what I might want. The person who helped me was pretty knowledgeable and helped me decide on which to buy. I asked if it they had rentals of the same model as the bike I wanted to buy, because I wanted my bike in a pack of tourists'. He wouldn't give me a straight answer, only telling me that I would be buying a new bike, and that it was still in the box and it hadn't been ridden yet. I kept clarifying my question but he wouldn't come out and say if it was the same kind they used for rentals or not. He was kind of pushy and wouldn't let me try out the bike (the one on the sales floor was too small for me), and it really put me off. When I went to Young's the experience was a lot better, the atmosphere friendlier, and I ended up buying my bike from there instead.
