    The employees are very friendly, the prices are decent and everything was available to rent when we went. However, never have been on a moped and I don’t think I’d ever do it again. Already having issues with my tailbone and back - the day out on this did not do me any good. The seat wasn’t very comfortable (to no fault of the shop) and they max out at I believe 25 mph when half the speed limit on the island is 35 mph. People pass by with much ignorance to whoever is on the moped.

    We had a great time touring the island on our moped and the staff was extremely accommodating to us. Got to see most places we wanted to in a day. Convenient location from the ferry!

    Great prices, terrific bikes and excellent customer service. We rented bikes for an entire month and the Nantucket Bike Shop team made it easy. One phone call and our bikes were delivered quickly. We used our bikes on the bike paths and also on unpaved trails (and enjoyed them so much that we rarely used our rented car). We plan to rent again from Nantucket Bike Shop when we return this summer. Thank you Joe and your team!
