Nice service, friendly staff. Bowling line stopped returning bowls twice for the hour we spend there. Has to call front desk to get the issue resolved. Did not get food or drinks. Great place to bowl with family and friends. Can get little crowded on Sunday afternoon.

The worst bowling establishment I have ever attended. Was there for a usbc tournament, the establishment was dark dreary looking . But that was not the worst part ...the lanes were horrible, we waited over an hour before they freed up additional lanes for us to move too. The pinsetter has broken. It gets better, the lane decks were very bouncy with ripples in the front part of lanes. Felt like we were Skipping bowling balls like I remember skipping rocks on a pond. Bowlero , fix the lanes and establishments you buy , don't just put lipstick on a pig....

They say “no lanes available” even when only 10 of 40 lanes being used. If people reserved 2 hours ahead of when I got there, they will not let me bowl even though I would be gone in 30 min. I can understand when a league is coming in shortly but this is on a Sunday afternoon. Workers are very nice it’s the management that is losing money 💰 for this company by their policies.

Terrible workers, will charge you twice and make you go thru the cc company to chargeback. Avoid unless you enjoy subpar service and having to deal with your cc company! They should be shut down.

Staff is rude incredible the way we were treated by the staff. We Asked for a simple accommodation and was told no and no exceptions I even offered to rent a second lane and they didn’t even try to hear it. Needless to say I’ll Never spend another red Cent there.
