We celebrated my son's 15th birthday at Bowlero in Lowell, and it was absolutely amazing! He and his 9 friends had such a blast bowling, playing in the arcade, and enjoying all the unlimited food and drinks that came with the party package.
As a mom, I felt completely stress-free—the staff had everything handled from start to finish. The hosts were friendly, attentive, and made sure the kids had a great time while I actually got to relax and enjoy watching them celebrate. Every detail was thought of, from the setup to the cleanup, and it made the day feel effortless.
Highly recommend Bowlero Lowell for any parent looking for a fun, easy, and memorable birthday experience!

So me, my mom, and my little sister went bowling here yesterday, and I’m still upset about what had occurred. When we first got there, the lady at the front desk asked how many games we wanted, and I said four. My mom then mentioned the unlimited bowling, and the lady goes, “You guys can play as much as you want.” She 100% told us that. So obviously, we thought we had unlimited bowling. Why else would we assume that? And note that you don’t pay prior, you just put a card on file, that’s all.
Fast forward to our fourth game, and the waiter comes over asking if we wanted to close out the tab. We said no because we genuinely believed we were on the unlimited deal. Even when she asked if she should go check, we didn’t think she needed to — because of what we were told from the start. We weren’t just randomly thinking we had unlimited bowling for no reason.
We ended up playing 22 games total between the three of us. When I went to pay, suddenly the vibe changed. The lady acted surprised at how much we bowled, and then I assume it was the manager who comes over and hits me with a $205 bill. Apparently we were only on some “buy two games get one 50% off” deal. And keep in mind — this was the weekend, when the unlimited bowling deal is supposed to apply. If it’s the weekend this deal should be applied from the jump no questions asked or at least the first thing they should tell you is “we have the unlimited deal going on I can put you guys on that if you’d like.”
And here’s the part that really gets me: I’m sure there’s some procedure or something that normally needs to happen to activate the unlimited deal, fine. But when it is clear that a customer was obviously under the impression they had unlimited bowling because of what your staff said, why wouldn’t you honor it? The first thing I said to the lady before I payed was “oh it’s fine we have the unlimited bowling” and she proceeds to tell me no you don’t, which changed my whole demeanor.
They tried to “help” by saying they gave us some discount, but honestly, that doesn’t fix the core issue. If I knew we didn’t have unlimited bowling, there is no universe where we would’ve kept bowling past four games. Nobody just casually spends over $200 on bowling like that.
The communication was unclear, the way it was handled was inconsiderate, and the whole situation felt unfair. It completely ruined what should have been a fun family outing.

Making reservations online for the same day we’re super easy!! We did arrive early and were able to get a lane right away. Our server Javier was nothing short of outstanding. He was quick to take our food & drink orders and made sure everything came out in a timely manner. We were even greeted with a nice card at our reserved table from the general manager Denise. Would highly recommend for a date night.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Strike after strike (almost)!
Had an awesome time here! The staff were super friendly—like the kind of people who’d cheer you on even if you roll three gutter balls in a row (ask me how I know). The lanes are nice and smooth, and the food and drinks are way better than you'd expect at a bowling alley—nachos that slap and margaritas that hits the spot. Also, everything was clean, which is always a plus (no mystery stickiness anywhere!). Definitely coming back, if only to try and finally break 100.
