I recently asked a salesperson to check a price for me (they used to have a station to do this yourself, but it seems to be gone) and she got annoyed because I interrupted her call on the store headset. I didn't even know she was on a call or I wouldn't have interrupted her. When she indicated that she was busy, I walked away to find someone else. She called to me to come back and scanned the price, but when I tried to ask a question about the sale sign for the area where the items were located, she just interrupted me (three times) and snapped that I should use a coupon. Then she told me again that she was trying to hear the call. I just wanted to understand the sale sign. Note-the sale sign said 70% off and pointed at a back room. I was trying to figure out if the 70% would be taken at the register as it was not marked on the tag, or if the item was not 70% off. She was clearly angry that I was bothering her. I left the item and walked out. I work too hard for this. The sad thing is, I used to love this store, but I think I am done. Will probably ditch the credit card too.
