Left feeling very upset. The last time I came to the store parking was free with a validated ticket. This time I had to pay $12 dollars. I feel robbed and would have gone to the Framingham or Reading location if I had known this before hand. Not worth paying to park at a store. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

Parking used to be free under 30 min with validation. Now even with validation it’s $12. For a company focused on sustainability, doesn’t really motivate you to avoid shipping to your home.

No signs in the area to direct you to parking, and the available lot is $15 an hour

This place used to be awesome pre covid. Now it’s just messy, with no customer service and worse, very little in stock. I won’t be shocked if this location closes down soon.
