Parking on site costs $12, and thats after validation. 2) They are now “bagless”, which is also inconvenient unless buying something that can be used as a bag. 3) Poor stock. Want to try something on? Its more reliable to buy online, ship it to the store, and return it there if it doesnt work. 4) Unhelpful staff. Generally do not have the outdoors experience to answer questions without looking up the item description on their phone and reading it to you. Overall a reliably frustrating and difficult experience with this REI.
