14th floor room had broken refrigerator, A/c unit was just fair. Casino was extremely smoky due to all the smokers. Table limits very high. Mostly $15 and $25 minimums. Only 8 video poker machines in main area and a few in high limit area. Mostly highly volatile slots with low pay back to player. Need more folks working the check in area, lines very long and slow.
Stayed four nights, our room was serviced zero times. I called and requested it get serviced after 3 days and I got 2 clean towels delivered while we were out. We had four people in the room so this was less than ideal as they took our other used towels. The beds were never made and trash was never emptied.
We were in a room with a door adjoining the room next to us even though we did not have friends/family in that room. You could clearly hear every conversation or cough made through the closed door at all hours of the night.
Also, there was a q-tip in the middle of the floor outside the elevator lobby for all 4 days. At one point a caution sign was over it for a full day. This epitomized the quality of the service at the hotel.

Went for my husband's birthday. Lady that checked us in was not personable, didn't even look at us. Our room was not clean. It had black all over the windows, you could hardly see out of it. Stains on the sheets. Sounded like a tug boat and banging on pipes above our room all day. Across the hall was the maintenance closet so the house cleaning was loud. We were given 3 towels for two people and not once was our room cleaned in 3 days. Had to request for towels and told them that our room had not been cleaned thinking they might clean it the next day, but they didn't. There were only a 3 restaurants open, and two did not open till evening. The hotel smelled dirty everywhere and even trash in the elevators and no hand sanitizer in the machines. Watched people walk in from the parking lot and go straight to the pool and not check in or have a day pass. The pool area was beautiful and the servers did a great job serving! The casino had great dealers that was friendly and fun and would teach you new card games. The Gurkha cigar lounge was stellar, very clean and exceptional service from the staff! For the resort fees you get charged at this hotel, it is not worth staying here. Would not stay here again.
My family and I stayed on a Tuesday night (1 night only) resting for the night since we were on our way to Florida. Beautiful resort, however we were disappointed in how many restaurants were closed for dinner time. For being such a big resort you would think they would have all restaurants opened for business.Mind you there was a business convention of some sort which made the resort even more busy for business.
Also, our bed sheets were dirty as if they didn’t wash them prior. Not what we were expecting coming from such a big name.

I've been coming to this casino for 15 years now. I've had multiple hosts most of which were always really good. My current host is Gerard Johnson. He just always seems to go above and beyond what any of my other hosts have ever been able to do. I have a problem with my legs, swelling up at the casino. Because of sitting at the machines for so long, and he always seems to be able to get me a recliner to sleep in in my room. So that my legs don't swell up as bad for my 6 hour trip back to Austin, Texas. It all starts with him for my experience at LA Bears being first-rate. And I gamble at a lot of other places, and I think it's my favorite home casino for me. Including Las Vegas, Boseir city, Vicksburg, Mississippi, New Orleans or couscada. Thank you, Gerard for always making my experience first-rate. He should get a big promotion and a big raise. I also enjoy embers quite a bit. And I always request, Donnie as my waiter, because he is fantastic. And takes care of us perfectly i don't like the golden nugget because people are too rude. Over there, including even the dealers. But I love LABERGE because of the friendliness of everybody. And the fact that you fee like you're part of the local crowd.
