  Normally love coming to the nugget but today not so much. I have been in the hospitality industry for 10 years and have never seen such behavior as I have today. First off Tim white man with blonde hair pool manager was the most disrespectful and rude person I have encountered. We had got some drinks at the bar and then my mom went inside to go grab her friend. my sister was sitting down with my mom’s drink sitting on the side of her full drink in touched mind you. The rude girl bartender told Tim that my sister ordered the drink at the bar and my mom wasn’t even outside. Which is false and could be wrong on her part as my sister is underage my mother picked up the drink from the bar from the bartender. They are just petty and tried to start stuff the said bartender then had the other girl behind the bar cooperate her story. When calling the director of security, she confirmed that my sister is on camera not doing any of these things that they claimed her to be doing. When the pool manager told us they couldn’t see the footage all we asked was for an apology as these grown women from the bar causes a scene under false pretenses. In all Tim needs to work on his approach to people maybe try being kind and not rude off the bat and for Mrs. Rebecca thank you for the help.

  My wife and I travel from Houston to Golden Nugget Lake Charles almost every month, and it’s easily our favorite casino getaway. From the fun atmosphere and great variety of gaming options to the food, entertainment, and especially the amazing pool, there’s always something to do and enjoy. It’s become a place we truly look forward to visiting. During one of our more recent stays, we unfortunately had a less-than-ideal experience at Lily’s. We waited over an hour for our food, it arrived cold, and some of the items we ordered were no longer available. My wife shared our experience with the team, and we really appreciated that both Jacqueline and John personally reached out on separate occasions. It meant a lot to know they genuinely care about guest experiences. Even though we didn’t ask for anything, Jacqueline kindly offered us a “special room” on a future stay. We decided to take her up on that offer this weekend and even invited seven coworkers to join us for a fun getaway. Jacqueline greeted us when we arrived and personally brought us straight to check-in, which was a really nice touch and saved us from waiting in line. That said, we were a little disappointed after getting to the room because it appeared to be the same as the rooms we’ve stayed in during past visits. After hearing about the “special room,” we were definitely looking forward to something a bit different. Even with that small letdown, Golden Nugget Lake Charles is still one of our favorite places to visit. The staff is friendly, the property is beautiful, and we always have a great time when we’re there. We’ll definitely continue making our monthly trips and enjoying everything the resort has to offer.

  18 minutes to get a drink at the swim bar at the pool.. 24K member services supervisor “Magen” May have been the rudest Casino employee I’ve ever run across in my life. Trash underneath the beds at the pool that has been there for weeks. They are charging premium prices and given horrible service. Very disappointed in my trip. I’ve been here a dozen times or so and it’s never been this bad.

  The room service is absolute garbage. Honestly, the place was filthy—the sofas were covered in dust, and the sheets hadn't been changed. There were even false eyelashes left behind in the bathroom. We stayed for three days, and they didn't clean the room at all; they just left us some toilet paper. It was disgusting—I wouldn't come back here ever again. In the end, I spoke to the woman at the front desk, but they just ignored me. Here is a glimpse of my terrible experience.

  Absolutely disrespectful young lady came just to say " you need to get off the bed" Monday midday completely empty pool; there is not any sign that says the beds near the pool need to be rented; and it seems ridiculous on a place that is completely empty; but anyways that's not the real problem at all. y'all should train your staff to say things in a nice way; costumers are here paying hard work money in hotel rooms; drinks; giving business to all the restaurants; shops; casino just for someone to come and not even say hello or good afternoon or explain but just say YOU NEED TO GET OFF!!! LIKE WHAT
