We didn't actually stay in the rooms but we did park our RV in the parking lot, which was big, and well kept. As far as service we ate at the only "restaurant" open for the day the food was pretty good there was no service to it. When we talked with the front counter service lady Iris she was super kind and helpful along with Andrea at the counter who gave us tips on local attractions! Bar service or Wait service was actually Terrible! The casino really seemed run down, and wasn't actually that much fun Not to Mention it reeked of cigarettes everywhere!! The bathrooms were ok, not dirty but the toilet just kept flushing repeatedly. As far as location not the best, must be why pictures show the water (which you cannot see from inside) and there's a huge concrete fence around it. On top of that as New members they say they offer you $10 bet credit and $20 food credit NONE of which we received. Free drinks ha!

My family was discriminated against at the entrance of the casino. We visited with my 79 year old grandpa for his birthday. My cousin and brother were told at the front, before even looking or scanning their id’s that they weren’t allowed in because they got a call from another casino that they were “advantage players.” They were blatantly rude, laughing in our face when we tried to explain there must have been a mistake. We left and went to ceasars without a problem. Mind you we had only been playing at ceasars before we went to boom town. It was obviously a lie or they profiled them for someone else. We are a big Mexican family, there was probably about 10 of us there, and it was so disappointing to be treated like that. This happened back in June of this year but it is something that still bothers me to this day. My grandfather has sinced passed and it’s very upsetting that he had to deal with that on his last birthday.
