  The room was very clean. Bathroom was nice and clean. Love the size of the shower. The only thing the mattress was comfortable but it felt like it was time to change it out. I Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return with no hesitation. Great job Boomtown New Orleans.

  For the cook/guy who fries food and serves cold seafood combination po boys in small cafe across from escalators on 2-17-26 you are garbage for serving cold food. Quit being lazy and give us folks hot food that we over pay for. I hope management sees this reviews and handles this properly. Stop dancing around and get to work!!!!!

  My husband and I stayed here for 4 days in Feb 2026. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would like to shout-out Ms. Sabrina who was the most helpful. I love how spacious the room was. I loved the shower and the shower gel smelled great! Plenty of parking. Now the hotel casino resort is about 20 minutes from downtown New Orleans. If you need a reference. This casino resort has the Riverboat casino nearby. The casino had about 4 different restaurants. We ate at 2 of them. There's an Asian restaurant, a steakhouse, a sports bar and then a regular lunch spot for quick bites like po boys and gumbo. Food was good. We will definitely stay here again!! Thanks Boomtown

  Hotel room is very out dated.. smelled like paint.. guest above me stomped all night. (Hotel was advised… nothing changed) Hotel is not apart of the casino. You will have to walk outside and around the corner. Casino had a bunch of machines that wasn’t in working order. This isn’t to bash the hotel/Casino but on a big weekend that you promote and invite guest to.. I think everything should be in working order.. I drove 4 hours to stay in a room and listen to stomping above me.. disheartening

  Awful stay..Our stay started at the front desk with the staff being rude and took so long to check us in. The door in our room wouldn’t shut, bathroom floors were slimy, carpet was nasty and torn up. Nola steakhouse couldn’t serve us even though we seem to be the only one’s in there. Just all around totally disappointing. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel in area.
