Then later on my boyfriend was cut off from drinks… was not drunk. Was not making any scenes was standing watching his friend play at the table while he took a break from playing. He asked a walking bartender for 3 drinks for people at the table (not even himself) because other people couldn’t get service at the table. And was told he could not order anything more. I myself and his friend had more Drinks than him. Not sure why he was cut off but not us or the people who had ordered more around him. Very frustrating

We asked the security guards a question and they did not even answer us. Even when we asked AGAIN. The customer service representative was rude too. Terrible customer service from everyone in this casino. Every single person that worked on this particular shift was grumpy and rude.

Their customer service deserves an award! Horrible experience with casino floor waitress names Brianna. I and my husband was playing the slots and ordered 2 beers, My husband only had one dollar left to tip and I had money on the machine; Brianna gave him a beer and took mine back even though I was gaming and was going to tip her next round when I took out my ticket I always tip and thought it was optional; she was rude about it and if I spend my money I should be able to obtain complimentary drinks as long as I am gaming which I had over 200 on my machine in a bonus.
