- DBDonna BrummellMay 25, 20255.0While visiting Baton Rouge we did an electric bike tour. I pre booked this several months in advance with Steve the owner. From start to finish it was beyond amazing!!!! Steve parked a block from the hotel we stayed at came over and got us, we walked to the van with the bikes in it and started our day! These bikes are amazing with updated cushy seats, helmets with Bluetooth in them so we all could talk while riding and PLENTY of power even if you choose to never pedal. He took us to so many places and was so generous with his time. Steve is one of the nicest people you will ever meet 😊 we rode along the Mississippi river for a long time, we rode all over the LSU campus, we went to the Magnolia mound plantation where we had an absolutely beautiful picnic that Steve supplied as an option for us. He hauled it all in his trailer behind his bike. We stopped along the way and got our food to eat for lunch and take with us. We rode through the gardens and several vintage and upscale neighborhoods and he also took us to the capital which the grounds are so amazing and he stayed outside with the bikes while the four of us went inside and spent as much time as we liked and we went to the top and took some amazing pictures. This was an absolutely fabulous tour and so much more than we ever expected. We will definitely be doing this again next time we visit.

- SCSusie CaskeyMar 13, 20235.0There are not enough ways to say ‘thank you’ to owner Steve Harvin and manager/head mechanic Travis Hans in regards to my new Element bike. I am on a cross country trip and my bike needed its 100 mile check up. These guys really went out of their way to help me. Travis saw indications of overzealous tightening of my forks which likely happened at my home shop in CA. Steve got on the phone with that Pedego shop owner and they worked out how to remedy the problem. They did not charge me for a replacement. “That’s how we take care of our customers” said Steve. No joke! Just another reason to buy a Pedego electric bike because they are located all over the USA and take care of their own. This is my second Pedego and my favorite. My other bike now lives at our second home in Mammoth Lakes, CA. Seriously people, take advantage of the free 1 hour rental at Pedego Baton Rouge. It will rock your world and will change your life. Thank you Steve and Travis!
