    Food at 2 different events I’ve attended has been excellent. The facility is a great place to have meetings. Other than the freezing cold rooms, conference, hallways and hotel rooms, the building itself is easy to get around and parking places for hotel is great. Bring a coat, gloves and/or blankets if you are a cold person to be comfortable.

    Room was so so for the cost. Furniture had a shop worn feel to it. There were only a couple outlets available to charge electronics yet there was a TV in the bathroom mirror ??

    Bad place to play slots. They set slots in favor of house like 99% to your 1%. Do not trust these people when it comes to fair gambling practices.

    Did stay over, just a day trip, only two windows at cashier desk open causing a line, only 2 servers on the floor for a while so no drinks till 3 pm ish, very out of the way location traveling through a old part of town, no nearby amenities only the Hotel and Casino

    I stay at the hotel frequently for the convenience of the casino. I noticed the last several times I’m there someone rings the doorbell to the room between 8:30-9am every time. I realize it’s housekeeping alerting people it’s “Almost” check out time, which is at 11am. I brought it to guest service attention and nothing came from because it happened again 2/2/2026. I’m sure the purpose is to get a head start cleaning the rooms but it’s very unprofessional & annoying not to mention waking someone up that’s on a getaway. Other than that the hotel is decent.
