Housekeeping didn't do a good job( cup stains all over the place). No microwave or refrigerator in the room . The mattress came from the Flintstones house.

My wife and I, along with our 14 year old son came to L’Auberge for a family concert night out. It did not turn out as planned. We were not allowed to enter the event center with our minor son. Needless to say we were disappointed but this turned out to be my mistake. I swore I checked for any age restrictions before purchasing the tickets. Even though it’s a separate location from the casino floor, there’s still access and minors are not allowed. The staff were very gracious and checked multiple options to try and remedy the situation. Mike was one of the security personnel who went out of his way to try and help and even printed out a snapshot of the Ticketmaster page showing the 21 and over disclaimer. While we didn’t have the night we were planning, this snafu was completely on me and I really appreciated the staff’s response. Note that some concerts on the lawn here do allow kids, so read the fine print on the ticket sales!😂 We’ll definitely be back, more prepared next time!

Everything was exactly as supposed to be... except the ESPN bar... they were bad... its an sports bar runned by ppl that really don't care about sports or guests... mbl finals were happening this week and we had to ask them 6 or 7 times for them to change the channels... they could care less about us the guests... would i return? Yes ... but I'll go have dinner outside of their facility... they dont really care...

Truck parking ok, at the second roundabout parking lot on the right. The restrooms are spotless, casino is clean and well taken care of. But here's why 2 stars: the Poker floorman does NOT know the rules of poker. When someone bets and other person calls the bettor must show the hand to win the pot, NOT the caller. When the bettor won and the caller folded the bettor requested to see his hand and the dealer flipped it over. Absolutely unacceptable!! The rules of poker can not be altered regardless of house's rules. And the dealer who bragged about being a dealer all over the country for 34+ years didn't know the rules. I will not play here until someone knowledgeable takes charge of the Poker Floor
