Teaching the martial art of Shaolin Kempo Karate which has been labeled by some as the most effective martial arts system around. Combining the three arts of 5 Animal Shaolin 5 Kung Fu, Kempo Karate and Jiu-Jitsu or Chin-na, this helps anyone any size learn the ability to protect themselves against a harmful situation on the street. We offer group and private karate classes both in person or online for men, women and children. We offer a free introductory class and have no annual contracts. We also offer aerobic kickboxing classes for all fitness levels for those that are health conscience and would like to learn to defend themselves. We are now offering Virtual online classes for anyone that would like to study from long distances, same great Martial Arts Instruction from the comfort of your own home.
Our Instructors have over 40 years of martial arts training and instructing experience. Our staff takes pride in offering the ability to help children, teen and adults learn discipline, focus, self esteem and motivation. These benefits not only apply to their karate training but in academics, work, sports and everyday life. You can get exercise while relieving your daily stress and developing flexibility too.

The families that attend have a special bond with each other. The entire atmosphere is very supportive and encouraging. Each child learns and grows at their own pace and is celebrated for their personal achievements. Mr. Tony exhibits the perfect balance of patience, support and discipline. I'm so glad I found this place!
