While many other shops had a lead time of days or even weeks, Micah told me over the phone they could take care of it the same day! I thought I'd be dropping my bike off for service, but instead, Sean started working on it immediately. Not only did he handle the service request, but he also took the time to give my bike a full inspection, making several adjustments as necessary and explaining the process along the way. It was a great experience. Both Micah and Sean were incredibly professional, patient, and courteous throughout the entire experience. I felt like I was in great hands from start to finish. Even though I brought my Cannondale, not a Trek, they treated it with the utmost respect. I'm definitely coming back for any future bike service. Huge thanks to Sean for being awesome, and Micah for keeping everything it real. Highly recommend this shop! Don't change a thing.
