Then we ordered something to eat. After waiting 45 minutes. We asked how long. The waitress or whatever you want to call her said it will be just a few minutes. 20 minutes later she came and said they just had one more thing to put on the platter ( ordered the signature sampler). Well after waiting another 15 minutes or so and watching people around us receive there order. I canceled. I really wanted to cuss the entire staff out. But I didn’t. I did ask for a manager. But was told one was not there. Terrible customer service 2/25/2026

One was trying to help us get the process of getting our bowling started by asking shoe size, then the rude one came up to him and snatched the shoes out of his hands. As well, something happened when we were bowling when our balls got stuck and i’m assuming a manager, came up to us and lectured not only the person i was with, but also the family next to us as if we know what to do when things get stuck. Overall, if you want a bad experience with not only bowling but waiting on 1 beverage for 30 minutes, feel free to waste your money here.

Still wanted to charge us extra for a side of ranch after making us wait forever. Go to north rock and get better service.
