They were very patient with me, answered all of my questions, were thorough in their explanations and followed up with me outside of my visits to the store.I also used their bike fitter and you could tell that they were committed to making sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. The store is not convenient in location for me in comparison of other shops, but I would do that commute any day to get the experience that I got and plan to continue to use them. I highly recommend Trek Shawnee!

I took advantage of their winter service special, took my bicycle in on Friday & picked it up on the following Tuesday. Anxious for another warm day in January so I can get a ride in & enjoy new tires, chain, & brakes. This was my second time using Trek Shawnee for bicycle service. Both times were top notch service experiences.

Nothing special, but I wanted to get a new chain put on and have it ready to ride without throwing a lot of money at it. Grayson was absolutely fantastic. He gave the bike a good look and pointed out a few things that could be addressed. He offered future services without being pushy. He got the chain put on and replaced the stem cap at no charge. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about an experience that could have potentially been intimidating and frustrating for someone who doesn’t regularly ride. Other staff I interacted with were incredibly friendly and helpful. If management sees this, give Grayson a raise ASAP, whatever you have to do to keep him around is worth it.
