He kept his attention locked in, almost like it offended him to see a bike not working as well as it could. He told me that with the right care, my bike could be a forever bike. That stuck with me. But it’s not just Christian I appreciate, it’s the whole store and every employee I’ve interacted with. I always feel confident in my purchases. When I’ve had issues, they’ve provided immediate remedies, no hesitation. The advice is always free, the support is constant, and the respect is real. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to keep coming back, not just for the gear, but for the people.

Simple flat tire repair to several safety repairs and adjustments on a belt drive, internal hub shifter that I know nothing about. It is his ONLY source of transportation. Service is done quickly I normally option for higher end parts given pro and cons. He is rough on his bike. (28 and rides like an 8 year old). Other than waiting on parts, service is NASCAR fast! Thank You!
