  Staff don’t care about anything , you can spend thousands on a machine and it’ll just sit there and do nothing— even if you get a bonus it’ll pay nothing. Absolutely absurd for this play I see people win in small bets do the same thing g nothing — try bigger nothing you’d be better taking your money elsewhere if she to love playing here but it’s been a joke trying to get any machine to payout unless your getting extra large and even then I have had machines do absolutely nothing nothing and yes like they pick who wins and what machine

You might want to reevaluate your female server dress code. Indecent exposure is inappropriate and is abuse. Do you care about your customers? You have at least 1 female manager who does not care at all specifically about customers who have complex PTSD & are sexual assault victims. Your customers have federal disability rights and hopefully you prioritize respecting them.

  Clean casino with a good variety of popular slot machines. It can be hard to find locations (player services, cashier, restrooms etc) because of layout / lack of prominent signage on the casino floor.

  Thomas Black the poker room manager said some highly inappropriate comments about a group of women. My husband and I were completely appalled by his words and don't ever intended on coming or letting our daughters visit this casino.

  First time ever here at the races or this casino & it's been Fabulous. I am from Minnesota & I'm Scott & my little Cricket goes with me EVERYWHERE! We had the best time at the casino & we were welcomed so nicely by everyone we met & everyone naturally fell instantly in LOVE with Cricket(or was it me, I'm not sure - never mind, IT WAS CRICKET!) Met a couple of gals from my home state of MN which was quite exciting & BS'ed with them for quite awhile, amongst many other great & friendly people who took tons of pictures & videos & we/I just love❤️ to mingle & meet people - it's FUN! THANKS TO ALL OF YOU GREAT PEEPS AT HOLLYWOOD CASINO! 🫂's & 💋's
