  They will Not let early check in (I am talking an hour) there are at least 5 groups on lobby waiting for 4 pm- which I am sure will take some time - they have told us there are ready rooms, but refuse to check us in. I’d have been gambling and giving a lot more $ to them had they allowed an early check in. Will update once I get to my room. No one in this Lobby is happy right now. Penny wise …. Pound foolish! , update - despite having to wait they did get us checked in fairly quickly

  This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a hotel. Not only was everyone rude and looked like they hated their jobs but they didnt even do their jobs. The TVs in the room were old and couldnt stream, the remotes didnt work, the light and lamp fixtures didnt work to charge our electronics, room service never came, and the coffee shop was out of product. The one good thing was the food and wait staff at Final Cut. It was top tier. Do better Lawrenceburg!

  I've only been in the Casino portion of Hollywood, so I don't want to rate the hotel portion until I actually stay there. However, the casino is nicely spread out. Plenty of options for different styles of players to play their games. The restaurant inside smelt amazing but I didn't stay long enough to need to eat there. Would recommend for anyone's first trip to a casino. You'll have a lot of fun.

  If I could provide zero stars I would. My husband and I travel out of state to this hotel multiple times a year and we will never go back. I was told I could check in early and pay a fee, which I had no problem with, and that my room will be ready in a half an hour. When I came back, I was told that I needed to wait an additional three hours until 4 PM and the girl I was speaking to was so rude. She admitted it that there are rooms available. They just did not want to check in anyone early. After I was already told that I could check in early and pay the fee like I do every single time. I’ve never been treated like that ever before. We actually canceled our reservation and went to Belterra for the night, and we will never be back. when I called to speak to a manager, Amber, she was just as rude as her Associate. I’ll also note that I spoke to two other guests that called out specifically these women’s behavior and how rude they are and have been since they started their stay at the hotel. We will never return and I intend to escalate this as high as I can. The front desk staff is horrible, stay away!

  Our room reservation was canceled even though we called 3 times during the day to update Hollywood on our delayed flights. They did put us in a room when we finally arrived but it was one of the crappiest rooms they have, heat didn’t work, shower drain was clogged and the room was literally 50ft from the train tracks. When the train came through 1 1/2 hours after we finally got to sleep, that was the last straw. Not to mention the fact , I had to talk my wife into giving them another chance because the last time we stayed there, there was a guy 1 floor above us shooting people. We won’t be back.
