I will defeneatly go back if i need help with my moped again. They are one of the few places that are willing to work on mopeds in the area also. Some of the other places i called were so unreasonably expensive. Please give them your busisness if your in need your bike or moped fixed.

The Spin zone staff have been amazing in helping me with this. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. They do things like provide free adjustments for life when you pay them to assemble your new bicycles / tricycle. They are willing to bring my electric trike to my home for pretty much just the cost of gas. I could go on, but I'll just say that they're amazing. Go and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed! I can't wait to get my new electric tricycle. The staff have helped me find accessories that will make it easier for me to use. For instance, after I had been to the shop a second time to sit on a tricycle and ride it around the shop a little, Tammy went online at Amazon and looked into pedals that might help me ride more easily and safely. When she found a collection of options, she sent them to me over email. I told her I really couldn't process the information at the time because I was with a friend at the hospital, so she said she would take things from there; not to worry about it. She went ahead and ordered a variety, so that when the trike arrives, I can try out a mix of pedals until I find something that works best. This is service at a level I have seldom experienced. Really, it will brighten your day to go to SpinZone!!! Extraordinarily highly recommended!

I drove the hour to get there and found they had closed 5 minutes before I arrived 🙁. Fortunately, I got the attention of someone just leaving and they opened back up to let me drop off and give them my info. Following a quick diagnostic and obtaining a replacement electronic control, I had my bike back in a week!🙂
