  Atmosphere can be fun. Chaotic on weekends. Pricey to bowl, pricey to eat. I wish the lanes had better upkeep; I have gone a number of times and my lane seems to always breakdown.

  Went on Valentine’s Day, super packed, not enough staff. Had to fight over balls in the first game. Our online booking wasn’t found and had to prove that it existed. Had multiple issues with our lane and was moved to a different lane. Bathrooms were gross. Food arrived way later and I had to ask to have more time added to our new lane because they spent over 30 minutes trying to fix ours. Do not recommend on holidays.

  Haley at the Bowlero in Woodridge was absolutely phenomenal and truly set the bar for excellent customer service. From the moment we arrived, she was attentive, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure our experience was perfect. She catered to our every need with patience, professionalism, and a great attitude that made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but clearly cares about the customer experience—and Halie does exactly that. Because of her, our visit was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. She is a true asset to this location, and we really hope she receives the special recognition she deserves. We’ll absolutely be back because of her outstanding service!

  Just about done with bowlero to be honest. It was great when they first opened up and now the past couple of times I have tried to either reserve a lane or walk in they never have any openings. Plus it’s a waste of money at the end of the day. I think the last time I spent almost $400 for 4 of us plus letting the niece and nephew play games and food. After all the money I have spent here in the years I’m just over it. I’d rather just go bowl somewhere else.

  It's a fun place. And the staff there on-site were extremely friendly and helpful. My only issue was calling and getting through to someone earlier that day. Much improvement needs to occur there. I called many times with no answer and finally someone and put me on hold for a long time. Otherwise we enjoyed the experience.
