Great bowling place with an arcade. Fun for family and friends. Thank you to the staff who went above and beyond to find a ring I had lost

Decent facility, clean, etc. But holy smokes are their prices steep... $11.00 per game per person, plus $5.95 per person for shoes. So for our family of four, it was going to cost almost $70 to bowl just one game. Two stars for the super friendly manager who was able to give us a bit of a deal when we were on the verge of walking out. But the prices are absolutely crazy.

Awful time. Very limited ball options. You can't use heavier weights if you have smaller hands. Our lane broke over 4 times so they moved us to another which continued to need fixed. Overpriced food too. Will not return.

I’ve been a Bowlero customer for years, but this experience at the Woodridge (75th St.) location ended that.
The bar manager, Darrell, denied my partner service of two cocktails after he presented a photo of his passport showing his birthday and photo, without clearly explaining any policy. When I then tried to order two beers, instead of cocktails, with a valid Illinois driver’s license I was also denied—despite another member of our party being served two beers without issue. Darrell offered shifting and incorrect explanations, including claiming beer and cocktails are treated differently and saying my partner needed an “Illinois or Chicago license.”
The situation escalated when Darrell became aggressive, raising his voice and slamming utensils behind the bar. Multiple employees, Evy & Ryan, and customers witnessed this; Evy later apologized for Darrell’s behavior.
Upper management only offered coupons and told me Bowlero doesn’t accept photos of IDs—something Darrell never explained. Had that been communicated calmly, this entire incident could’ve been avoided.
Instead, we were met with hostility, inconsistency, and behavior that made us feel singled out. I won’t be returning, and I’d strongly caution others before giving Bowlero (or Brunswick/Lucky Strike) their business.

My first time visiting from NY and I had the worst experience!!
The manager, Derrel, was extremely unprofessional and rude. He yelled at my partner and me because we did not have our physical IDs when attempting to purchase two drinks, even though other customers around us were served without any issues. His behavior escalated quickly. He was shaking, raising his voice, and slamming utensils near the cashier in an aggressive manner. This conduct was inappropriate and made us feel uncomfortable. I sincerely hope upper management addresses this situation and takes appropriate action. So so rude, I DO NOT recommend this place!!!
