PP had a nice "used" rim available, a stock rim from a bike that was purchased with upgraded wheels. My "used" rim is like new, and better quality than the rims my bike came with. Very fair pricing at $31 to change over my tube, tire, and cassette from my damaged rim.

The man who greeted me took the bike back right away, fixed it in about five minutes, then brought it back to me and told me there was no charge because all he had to do was reconnect the brake lines and put some lube on the kickstand. It was so nice and so appreciated, and I will definitely be bringing my bikes back in for service in the future. Thank you so much!
