  STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!I must warn everyone who is considering visiting this casino. It’s a place that robs you of your money! I don’t know how else to convey that you could sit at a machine and deposit $10,000 and end up with nothing but a loss! The gambling agent should be doing his job to ensure that the casino is operating fairly and transparently.

  My first time visiting American Place Casino, and I honestly wasn’t too impressed. The casino itself was decent, but the cocktail server uniforms were honestly a miss. One server in particular stood out, the tall server with blonde-ish hair. The dress she was wearing was insanely short and felt really inappropriate for a casino setting. It wasn’t classy or stylish, just straight-up distracting. It didn’t match the atmosphere at all and made the place feel less polished than it should be. Management should really pay closer attention to what their employees are showing up to work in, because the lack of professionalism in the uniforms definitely took away from the overall experience. I’ll stick with Potawatomi!

  Spent alot of money between 6 machines. Played for 5hrs, didn't leave ahead but had a good time. Went up, then down, then up for a while again, then down again. All in all had fun. Tables all vary crowded couldn't get on to play, watched for a bit.

  This place has been known to illegally detain and hold people by refusing to give them back their ID or license. The gaming commission is being contacted, and the pit boss needs to be fired immediately. They have pending lawsuits coming. Videos are posted online

  Watched the security staff berate a customer they called an advantage player. The security was extremely out of line. They would not give her identification back to her as she continually asked for it so she could leave. They told her she would have to wait until they were finished with their paperwork, which is absolutely untrue. You’re a casino. You’re not a law-enforcement! How dare you think you have the authority to keep somebody’s identification you can kick them off the property you cannot keep their property as long as you like while you do your “in-house paperwork”. On top of all that casinos stacked the odds in their favor to win 100% of the time and it’s not illegal, but if a person tries to even the odds a little, it is illegal. People keep your money and stay out of these filthy scam centers!
