  This is my first time coming to this casino. Had wonderful customer service from a delightful staff member Sandy in high roller room. I had to have her explain some features and she was so patient and didn’t make me feel like I was a bother. Your casino is very nice and the parking lot was well lit and felt very safe being alone as 3 ladies walking in and out late in evening. What a great time…and Sandy had a lot to do with us having such a wonderful experience here tonight. We will definitely come back! Please extend to Sandy she is definitely an asset to your establishment. Appreciate your kindness Sandy and professionalism. You are the best!

  I had the opportunity to go to American Place Casino today for the first time and I was honestly blown away by the service the entire time I was there. The first person I met was Marilou at the rewards area when I signed up for a players card. She walked me through the entire process and was exceptional. Will be coming back to hopefully shoot content soon for our YouTube page and look forward to spending more time there!

BUT IT WILL TAKE MORE AND MORE OF YOUR MONEY! ANY DAY IS SET AS TO LOOSE MORE AND MORE ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE IS DRAWINGS OR GIVE AWAYS THAT ARE NOT WORTH OF GETTING THEM BECAUSE THEY'LL TAKE MORE OF YOUR MONEY.   My first visit at the casino was a really pleasant experience. Justice at the player's window, is an asset to the organization. She explained all the perks and benefits of the player's card. Explained the layout of the casino. Service at the bar was impressive. I was there in the afternoon, and the woman bartender went out of her way to find a sparkling wine or prosecco for me. I didn't get her name to write an a review. As I was walking around, I noticed the group of people and I asked what the occasion was. They were giving out employee recognition awards, and I was really impressed that the organization values their associates. And what a nice touch right on the bar free waters and coffee. Definitely, a really nice casino, and I'll be back.

  This casino is the worse of All the casinos between Months of march -april 2025 me and my wife losses was over hundred thousands dollars which. I'm very embarrassing all the kind money l have spent. lam retired veteran of air force .we don't have this kind of money to give away. .we wer hoping that they things would turn around allow us to wind sum are money back .. it never happened . Constantly losing. March April 2025. I wind up getting lump sum from VA. took my wife. American Place Casino . Me my wife loss Entire lump sum. .OVER HUNDRED THOUSAND. Never winning jackpot any kind . blackjacks use in ther player cards .my wife noticed the hit a Jackpot one time . Not using ther player cards. Every time me my wife attends we constantly lose. . Like we're mark inside ther casino. . Me my wife wer formally Potawatomi we drive American places . Bypassing Potawatomi...we have never loss that kind money. .I have bank accounts will receipts proof thousands dollars we spent .at ther cashier station getting money . When you trying get extra rewards the reward players manager say we didn't spend the kind money. . Me my wife names never called. in drawing . . We notice alot of of blackjack players agree .with my complaints. Food is horrible on trailer. We enjoy the lobster meal l brought for my wife on her birthday spent $200.
