  Ok, being very familiar with the gaming world, there are very few places now a days that are memorable EVERYTIME you visit, this place is it!!! Mainly Brian the ring General of the Circa Sportsbook. He and his team are on point ( no punt intended LOL ) with remembering their guests and the things that make it roll smoothly. Everyone has a story and his team is greeted and greets its players like they have not seen them for years, meaning with open arms, smiles, and professionalism. They all exude patience even with difficult guests as I have witnessed this at times at no fault of their own I must add. The Book is super clean, crisp, quick, comfortable, and fun. Odds are fair and clear as day. If you want to get lost in your own way, this is the book for you. Brian, and Team, thank you for not being the standard, but instead, you are the exception to the rule!! The best around no question...

  I came to American Place to try their slots, I'm from San Diego and came to Great Lakes for my son's boot camp Graduation. American Place slot machines have just as loose slots as my Favorite casino Barona Casino in San Diego. They have a Good place that's fair here and I will revisit when my son Graduates from A school in 10 weeks. All the Workers were courteous and respectful. All San Diego people who come here for Boot Camp Graduation. Check this place out, its really Nice

  We had the most wonderful experience, and so much of that was thanks to our server Elizangela! From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, warm, and genuinely fun to talk to. She made us feel like more than just customers — she made the whole evening special. Her recommendations were great, she checked in at just the right moments without being overbearing, and her positive energy was contagious. Elizangela is the kind of server who turns a good meal into a great memory. We'll absolutely be back, and we'll be hoping to sit in her section again!

  We had planned this visit and were anticipating a great time. But we were so disappointed. Between two of us no great wins and we are no rookies trust me on that. However we understand there is not a method playing slots and it’s called gambling but ok we get that part,it is what it is. How ever we went to eat at La ‘Americana and that was a disaster not only did we loss our money on the slots but on the food also, we ordered the breakfast steak and eggs. First we had a 30minute wait although there wasn’t many people in the restaurant but we figured it’s was because they may have been short staffed which is an issue at a lot of places so that was ok. Finally got our text message and we were seated was to comfortable were we seated and I asked if we could move just up two booths ahead and I was told no because of whatever reason she was trying to explain so to keep her from rambling I didn’t on I just said that’s ok we’ll just sit here. After sitting for a while we placed our orders not really clock watching just talking. Our orders come out keeping in mind that we planned this trip. So I read the menu and how to order this particular cut of steak which I ordered mines pink as suggested and my friend’s order was medium. Food came back the steaks were on the wrong plates mines was medium and theirs were pink. Ok no biggie we just switched steaks. However when I began to cut my steak with the steak knife I tell you it was as though I had a well done steak so I was hmmmmm finally got it cut it was pink on the inside so I figured it was the knife. Sliced a nice piece and began to chew and I tell you it was the toughest steak I’ve ever attempted to eat in my life it was horrible and so was my friend’s we were so dissatisfied with the food. The manager on duty we first came he brought our water as we were waiting and as the time went by he never said anything else to us he kept his head straight and his eyes fixed he saw our plates and the pile of chews up meat that we had to remove from our mouths. I know you may ask why didn’t we say something well I’m saying something now. I loss a lot of money on the slots and then to have a very unpleasant meal was enough. I don’t and didn’t want to cause a seen. Most of the time if the food is not satisfying I’ll just eat around it but this steak was awful the eggs and toast filled the spot so again I’m saying something now. The loss at the casino was bad but the food was the worse than anything I’ve ever tried to eat. If it was 1 put of 10……. I give it a -10. No apologies for this review.
