  This store is awesome! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I went to purchase a 65L bag and was fitted by Daniel. Great personality and very knowledgeable. He took the time to not only fit the bag correctly but also showed me step by step how to do it. He also had me walk around the store with it loaded (20 pounds) to verify I liked it and it was comfortable. You can't put a price on that level of service. Daniel you rock dude. The store itself had a lot to choose from and everyone was very helpful. I will definitely be back. Great experience!!

  Pauline was soooo helpful !!! Very kind and accommodating. She went above and beyond for me at check out when I had difficulty with a product.

  Horrific experience in this Vernon Hills store with Yolande. I had a return from October and she accused me of using the product when I did not. I told her I had it in my backpack but ended up not needing it but she continued to accuse me of lying. I felt disrespected during my interaction at this store and specifically with the lady named Yolande. I hope REI will address this so customers feel heard and valued in the future.
