  I came in with concerns regarding jewelry and gold bars for authenticity. Dave and Elizabeth Went out of there way to authenticate every single piece and very knowledgeable about the process ended up purchasing more silver with them and would definitely do it agai!

  We had some Old coins that we wanted to get rid of and didn’t know who to go to. I carefully explored different options and I went to PGS Gold & Coin. I have to say we were A little intimidated, not knowing of how much these coins were worth if they were worth anything. It was an amazing experience. We met with Dave Loperena and he explained the whole process of how and coins are rated. We got a good price for all of our coins but we were more happy to understand the process of what coins are worth. We are forever grateful for Dave schooling us. I totally recommend PGS Gold & Coin. They truly are the specialist when it comes to precious metals! Thank you again Dave for sure we will be back!!!

  I went in to trade some jewelry in exchange for gold coins. An associate weighed my jewelry and provided an estimate of its value. I then asked what the least expensive one-ounce gold coin available was, and he showed me an option. The one-ounce coin was nearly double the value of my jewelry, so I explained that I would make up the difference in cash. However, the associate quoted a cash amount that resulted in an almost even exchange between my jewelry and the one-ounce coin. I asked him to repeat the amount to confirm, and he did. I agreed to the deal. As we walked over to finalize the transaction, he suddenly stopped and said he had made a mistake and would lose too much money on the deal. He then accused me of “pulling a fast one” and said, “nice try,” even though he was the one who set the terms and quoted the price. I explained that I had offered a very reasonable deal, but he was the one who nearly made an even trade for the jewelry. He then refused the original terms and attempted to significantly undervalue my jewelry.
