    The trio of ladies at the Schaumburg location made my first visit one of confidence, comfortability, and fairness. I felt I was given succinct information regarding the bullion I was selling, and a complementary offer to match my expectations. They were meticulous in their craft, ensuring accountability and eligibility of the materials for business, while also making me feel welcomed throughout with candid conversation. This was all despite me arriving roughly twenty minutes to closing, walk-in, but the team throughout were professional and timely.     Unprofessional personel. Each scale shows different readings. Also employees should get some training if clearly can't tell if the item is sterling .Telling people nonsense. Your employee 3rd from the window scale was off, you may verify with others they were also there.
