Bowling is good for a fun night out. But theyre not traditional bowling pins, they are on cables, so after they are struck, the cables pull the pins back up. Would not recommend this facility for any competitive league players, as the cables on the pins most definitely effect the natural physics of the ball striking the pins. The facility itself is very nice with good pricing. So if youre just looking for a fun time, this place is fantastic. Bowling, arcade, pool tables. Good time here.

So I scheduled a night out with my sister to go bowling. But when we got to the bowling alley, all of the lanes were reserved, or they had a waitlist. Which is cool, the wait was only in an hour. So we sat and had food and drinks while we waited. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. The drinks were good, but a little on the sweet side. Next time I go, I'm definitely reserving lanes. All in all had a great time.

Wonderful time playing games, bowling, and eating tons of greasy food with my kids at the Lucky Strike in Romeoville! The root beer is crisp and delicious every time. Our server Krystal did a phenomenal job and made sure we had everything we needed! Special shout-out to the guy at the front desk with the sunglasses on the back of his head and the absolute queen of a manager. We will return!

Absolutely zero stars if I could. $50 to bowl for 2 people and I had $100 worth in gift cards (4), the employee first made us wait and let the line go ahead because he did not want to type in the gift card number... the whole time giving attitude asking "bro where did you even get these?" ... 3 gift cards "decline" and he refuses to retype the numbers. Then when he charges my card for the remainder of the balance, charges the WRONG amount and him and his manager try to tell me that I do not have enough money on my card?! Interesting. Then the manager refuses to tell me why the gift cards are "declining" asking if I have a problem? Funny because I gave these cards to a family member who was planning on going to lucky strike, I told them good luck and the gift cards worked JUST FINE! looks like the problem was with the employee wearing the sunglasses on the back of his head and your black manager.

would rate it 0 stars if i could don’t even bother coming here. was told my wait for bowling would be 15 mins max and an still waiting as of an hour with numerous empty lanes and no reserve signs. staff was incredibly arrogant full of lazy grown adults who had no care in the world towards their paying customers. definitely won’t be back here
