  I had called Thursday about a coin that I came across. I was told to go on the website and leave my info with pictures and someone would get back to me. No one called Friday no big deal, Saturday nothing so I called the store and at 12:50 a lady answered and she told me that she was with a client and that she would call me back but never called me back. Totally unprofessional. No idea if my coin is worth anything but if not still a phone call would be appreciated.

  I would not bother, I am sure you can get a better deal elsewhere. They will not even tell you the percent of spot price they will give you. As for stamps, they are not really stamp players, a waste of time.

  We had a great experience buying coins here. I Initially spoke w Theresa over the phone who checked on some coins for me that they had in the vault. She had Brandon get back to me with quotes and then we met with Rachel and Nicholas who were both super pleasant to deal with. Very friendly and helped us get some good deals on specific coins I was looking for! Everyone was helpful and easy to work with. We will definitely be back! Best to bring cash and call ahead! P.S. pls text or call me if you get any more of those in!! You know the ones! I'll buy em all!

  This was my second time going to PGS Gold & Coin within a few days apart and I can not say enough about my first experience with Teresa and then today with Judith. They both took their time with me and my husband answered all of our questions. They were very fair on the price snd even let my husband do some research as Judith was going over my items. She explained the difference and what the market is doing even advised me to even keep some items. They both are very professional and the first time. Teresa let my husband watch her as she had to put the items on a very sophisticated xray machine, thst he found fascinating They are the nicest people to do business with and undoubtedly the best prices around then other places. I highly recommend PGS in Palatine Denise K

  Would not honor website advertised price on silver eagles. Clearly said 87.89 wire or check 1-9. Nice woman was helping. Less nice lady came asked what I needed. Said I was being helped and she rudely said the other woman was busy. She then refused to honor the website price and said 98. Spot is 82 and they aren't brilliant. With a poor attitude, I'd look elsewhere. Also barked cash only to me. Shame as I as I had cash in my pocket and would have been a weekly customer as I'm super local. Followup: I did see the company did try to contact me but I was at work. I appreciate the effort but reading through the other reviews, it does seem there is a team member that been recognized multiple times about customer service and....the issue hasn't been addressed. Regarding the response - we refreshed the site together at the store and both sas the same price. I wrote my review in the parking lot after leaving. Regarding the check/wire cost. I was paying cash. No shipping, no wire transfer inbound fee. The current advertised premium is $10 higher than any other dealers offering 2025 ASEs or 2026 preorders so unsure of the business model. Basically as I write this a $25 premium give or take on a non brilliant uncirculated coin.
